Application : 

Horizontal inclinometers are used to obtain high resolution profiles of settlement or heave. Typical applications include monitoring settlement and heave under storage tanks, embankments, dams, and landfills.

Precise Measurements: The horizontal inclinometer typically provides more accurate and repeatable readings than other settlement profiling systems.

Proven Performance: The servo-accelerometers used in Digitilt probes were designed and manufactured by Slope Indicator. They have earned a world-wide reputation for high precision, superior stability, and rugged construction.

Compatible with both 70 and 85 mm casing: The current version of the horizontal probe is smaller in diameter and is supplied with an adaptor that allows wheels to be set for 70 mm ( 2.75" casing) or 85mm ( 3.34" ) casing. Note that earlier versions work only in 85 mm ( 3.34" ) casing and cannot be adapted for use in 70 mm casing.

Low Maintenance: The horizontal inclinometer probe requires very little maintenance, since there are no hydraulic lines or pressure sources to maintain.

Digitilt Compatibility: The horizontal inclinometer probe is compatible with the control cable, indicators, and data reduction software used with the Digitilt vertical inclinometer probe.

Beton terdiri dari beragam rasio pencampuran antara air, semen, pasir, aggregate, serta faktor pencampuran dan lainnya, hal ini tentu menentukan kualitas beton itu sendiri, jadi mutlak bagi produsen beton untuk mengetahui kualitas beton yang ingin dibuat, kualitas beton biasanya dinyatakan dalam satuan “K mis. Setelah merencanakan kualitas beton yang diinginkan maupun dipesan(sebagai owner, main kontraktor) maka pembuktian pun harus dilakukan agar Beton yang dibuat sesuai dengan yang diinginkan/dipesan.

Pembuktian kualitas beton(dalam hal kekuatannya) dapat dilakukan dengan 2 cara yang sangat populer yaitu dengan uji tekan beton menggunakan Mesin Uji Tekan Beton atau dengan  Hammer Test. Namun pada halaman ini hanya membahas tentang ‘Hammer Test’

Hammer test yaitu suatu alat pemeriksaan mutu beton tanpa merusak beton, metode ini akan diperoleh cukup banyak data dalam waktu yang relatif singkat dengan biaya yang murah.

Alat yang kami siapkan bermerk “Controls” karena kami adalah agen resmi untuk merk tersebut.
